WAIVER:
By submission of this entry form it is acknowledged by the submitting parties that Our Savior Lutheran Church and School , their directors, employees, and any or their representatives shall be held harmless for all damages, injuries, or losses, that may be suffered, both personal and physical, as a result of their participations.
 
Entrants likewise agree to permit the use of their names, pictures, and pictures of their vehicles for publicity, advertising,and commercial purposes before, during, and after the event, and do hereby relinquish and rights to any photos taken in connection with this event, and give permission to Our Savior Lutheran Church and School to publish, sell, or otherwise dispose of said photographs.

Entrants likewise herewith agree to all conditions of Our Savior Lutheran and School, and agree to observe all rules and decisions of the event management.

ENTRANTS MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
